Services

IntroEZ provides LinkedIn strategy and optimization services, including but not limited to Sales Lead Generation, Recruitment, Network Growth, and Profile Revamp. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of use and pricing as outlined during our consultation process.

Payment

The cost for each core service is $300. Payment must be made in full before the service is delivered. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by IntroEZ.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and necessary information for the execution of the services. Failure to do so may result in delays or incomplete service. IntroEZ is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely or accurate information.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and strategies provided by IntroEZ are the intellectual property of IntroEZ. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our materials without explicit permission.

Limitations of Liability

IntroEZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

IntroEZ reserves the right to terminate any agreement if the client breaches these terms or engages in behavior that disrupts our ability to deliver services effectively.

Changes to Terms

IntroEZ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
